SouthPark to see new Dilworth Tasting Room location, The Bar Method reopen
This neighborhood wine bar is expanding its footprint to SouthPark.
Dilworth Tasting Room has snagged a nearly 3,900-square-foot space in Sharon Square. That site was formerly home to Corkbuzz, which closed because of Covid-19.
An extensive renovation is underway. Dilworth Tasting Room SouthPark expects to open in the first quarter of next year.
Owner Jaffer Kovic opened the establishment in Dilworth in 2016. The concept is known for its neighborhood wine-bar vibe. It dishes up small plates and offers elevated cocktails as well.
Plans are for the Sharon Square location to offer expanded food, wine and cocktail menus.
