CUCUMBER FRESCO COCKTAIL
In this cocktail from Dilworth Tasting Room, cucumber, lime and mint make for an ultra-refreshing trifecta of flavors.
2 oz. vodka or gin
¾ oz. fresh cucumber juice
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. mint syrup
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: cucumber ribbon and mint sprig
Combine al of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
